What our clients say
Athletes, parents, and coaches on Valor
What this academy is building goes far beyond sports. It's creating structure, confidence, and leadership in young athletes. This is the kind of environment that doesn't just develop talent, it builds character. If I had access to something like this growing up, it would've been a game changer.
Coach Bibe is the kind of coach every program hopes to have on staff. He doesn't just tell athletes what to do, he takes the time to explain the "why" behind every drill and adjustment. That approach builds trust and helps young athletes truly understand the game, not just go through the motions.
I've had the chance to work with Mike and see his vision for Valor firsthand, and I believe in the process he has built. This isn't just another training facility, it's a place with a purpose. The mental side of the game is definitely where Mike has helped me the most.
Coach Bibe was a phenomenal influence for me as an athlete. He did an amazing job answering questions and clearly demonstrates strong leadership. He helped bring more competition into practice, helping me become the best athlete I can be. He has the character you want to be surrounded by.
I've known Mike for a while, we trained together when he was grinding for college football, so I've seen the work ethic he brings. This isn't just another gym, it's a place built for athletes who actually want to level up and get results. Valor is gonna make serious noise.
Coach Michael Bibe had a huge impact on my development as an athlete and as a person. He recognizes what each player needs to improve and works with you to fix those areas while building your confidence. He was always relatable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me get better every day.
I've known Mike Bibe for eight years, and he's an outstanding coach and an even better leader. What sets him apart is his commitment to developing not just great athletes, but great people. If you want passion, experience, and true leadership in athletic training, I highly recommend Mike and his program.
Coach Bibe joined Kennewick's coaching staff my junior year and had a great impact on me and the team. He held me to a high standard, teaching discipline, accountability, and the true value of hard work. He knows how to bring out the best in his players and genuinely cares about their growth.
What truly sets him apart is the energy he brings. He's disciplined and driven, and someone people genuinely enjoy being around. He builds strong relationships, motivates with purpose, and leads by example. Any athlete who walks through his doors is going to be pushed to improve and better for the experience.
I am grateful to have Coach Michael Bibe as a mentor in my life. His passion for guiding others, unwavering attention to detail, and consistently high moral character set him apart. He's not only knowledgeable and caring, he inspires those around him to strive for excellence.

Common questions
What Tri-Cities parents ask us
What ages does Valor train?
We train youth athletes ages 8 to 18 across every sport, plus adults one-on-one. Classes are grouped by age so athletes train with their peers.
Does my child need football experience to start?
No. Most athletes start with our all-sport Sports Training to build strength, speed, and conditioning. Football Training is position-specific for kids who want to focus on the game.
What age should a kid start speed and agility training?
Most kids are ready around age 8, once they can follow coaching cues and move through basic drills safely. We scale every session to the athlete in front of us.
How big are the classes?
Every class is capped at 25 athletes with three coaches per session, so your athlete gets real attention instead of getting lost in a crowd.
Where are you located and who do you serve?
We train at 1973 Fowler Street in Richland, WA and work with families across the Tri-Cities, including Kennewick, Pasco, and West Richland.
How much does training cost?
Summer camps are $90 per week for Summer Development and $75 per week for Football Skills, with a $10 discount for siblings or a second camp. Adult personal training is quoted to your goals.
