About Us

Born and raised locally in the Tri-Cities, Coach Michael Bibe brings a diverse and accomplished background in athletic development and mentorship to his hometown region and surrounding areas. A former collegiate athlete turned dedicated coach, Coach Bibe has worked with studentathletes across the high school and college levels, developing a passion for serving others and helping them grow on and off the field.

 

After completing his collegiate playing career at Eastern Oregon University, where he earned his degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Coach Bibe transitioned into coaching at the collegiate level. During the 2022 season at Eastern Oregon, he coached the Defensive Backs, coordinated recruiting in the Utah/Arizona region, and led player development through daily meetings, performance reviews, and practice/game planning.

From there, Coach Bibe transitioned to the high school level, coaching the Defensive Backs at Kennewick High School (2023–2024) and later serving as the Defensive Backs and Quarterbacks Coach at Hanford High School during the 2025 season, before being named Defensive Coordinator for the 2026 season.

Known for his emphasis on fundamentals, accountability, and individualized coaching, Coach Bibe’s approach is rooted in building trust, creating a positive learning environment, and helping ALL athletes (regardless of sport) develop confidence through proper technique and consistent effort. His coaching mission centers on elevating each athlete’s experience, shaping character, and fostering a culture where he/she feels supported, driven, and empowered- values outlined in his personal coaching mission statement.

With the goal of serving his hometown community and providing affordable training for families in the area, Coach Bibe is committed to helping athletes from his hometown maximize their potential—developing not just better players, but better people.
